Geoffrey Johnson Solo Exhibition
Geoffrey Johnson’s Solo Exhibition is now open and will be on display until June 9th!
Geoffrey Johnson is a celebrated American painter best known for his moody, impressionistic cityscapes and introspective figurative work. Drawing influence from both the American Realist tradition and European Impressionism, Johnson’s paintings are marked by their ethereal lighting, monochromatic palettes, and emotive solitude. His signature style often features anonymous figures in urban environments, evoking a timeless atmosphere of reflection and isolation.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, his work balances abstraction and representation, distilling the essence of metropolitan life through soft focus and expressive brushwork.
Over the past two decades, Johnson has exhibited widely in galleries across the United States, including prominent solo and group shows in New York, Charlotte, Charleston, and Alexandria. His work is held in numerous private and corporate collections and is highly regarded by collectors for its elegance, emotional depth, and modern romanticism.
