	“Colorful Impressions; New Works by G. Eric Slayton” G. Eric Slayton returns to the gallery this fall with a dynamic collection of new paintings. His intense palette and assertive brush stroke have increased his recognition as one of the great contemporary California Impressionist painters.	October 25, 2002 6:30 – 9:00 pm
	“New Works” Brilliant horizons offset by a tranquil beach, a single rose resting alone, or a figure wrapped in crimson velvet, all expertly conceived by Martin Poole, painter of landscapes, still lifes, and figures. 	“Jessie Stuart Mackay; New Works” A holiday show featuring paintings by Jessie Stuart Mackay. Jessie comes to the gallery after a recent painting trip to Ecuador. Inspired by her travels, Jessie invites us to experience the landscapes of Europe and Ecuador. Following the style of Henri Mattise, Mackay uses the bold primary colors of a fauvist with the elegant stroke of an impressionist.	December 7, 2002 - Saturday 4:00 – 8:00 pm
